Turns out, me and Tavros had some classes together. That made me pretty damn happy. Which didn't happen very often, now that I was stuck with Vriska. I walked into forth period, and saw him there; I smiled and waved. He waved back after a moment. He wheeled over to his seat and struggled to get out of his wheelchair; I walked over. "Hey, need some help, Tavbro?"
"N-No thanks, I-I think I got it..." He fumbled around a bit more before slumping back with a defeated sigh. "U-Uh, yes, please."
I laughed, and placed my arms under his underarms, and lifted him up as gently as possible. He squeaked as I did so, but didn't struggle. I put him down with a soft thump in his seat. He blushed shyly. "U-Uh, thanks, G-Gam."
"No problem, bro." I smiled and messed up his Mohawk again; but this time, he didn't pull away. I plopped down in the seat next to him and waited for the fucking teacher to hurry up and get in here; the sooner class started, the sooner I could zone out and enjoy some of life's miracles. The teacher finally came back. "Morning, class," He said in that whiny voice of his.
"Morning, mister Ampora." We answered, not really caring. I put my feet up on my desk, knowing he wouldn't bug me about it; he never yelled at me. It was all kinds of creepy but I was cool with it. I mean, he let me eat in class. Creepy, but appreciated. He turned to the board and started writing random shit.
I looked over at Tavros; he was taking notes. I ripped a piece of paper out of my notebook and wrote;
HeY, wHaT's Up, BrO? :0)
and passed it to him. He looked confused, until I smiled at him and gestured for him to read it. He cast a nervous look the teacher's way and then wrote something down. He passed it back to me.

I looked over at Tavros after reading this and raised my eyebrow questioningly. He was blushing. I shrugged and turned back to the paper.

He looked surprised by that, and started to write something down. But then Mr. Ampora walked over and took the sheet out of his hands. "What's this?" Tavros blushed in embarrassment. I just gave him a laid-back smile. "Just a conversation with my bro, Tavros."
"You guys knoww the rules; I'm going to havve to read it out loud to the class."
I raised my eyebrows and grinned widely. "Go right ahead."
He started reading what was written on there; then stopped short, reread it, and turned red. He folded the paper up and put it in his pocket. "I'll be keeping this. No more notes in class, you twwo." I looked at Tavros, who was also trying not to laugh. Luckily for us, the bell rang in that moment. I helped him back into his chair and wheeled him out as fast as I could; as soon as we were out of there, we both burst out laughing.
"Did you see his face? That was a fucking miracle!" I gasped between snickers. He was laughing so hard he was crying, which made me laugh even harder. His laugh was really cute; it was a series of little giggles broken often by adorable snorts. It took us a long time to calm down. We breathed heavily, still giggling.
"I-I don't t-think I-I've ever laughed s-so hard in my life," Tavros said, smiling. I nodded my agreement. "U-Uh, Gam? D-Do you want to come over later? N-Nep's busy, so..." He looked at me nervously.
"Hell yeah, motherfucker! That would be awesome," I beamed at him. He squeaked in happiness and clapped his hands. Okay, forget what I said at lunch about him being the most adorable thing I'd ever laid my eyes on-that right there was the fucking cutest thing I'd ever seen in my life.
"G-Great! I'll, uh, stop by your locker, then?"
"Sure, Tavbro." I quickly wrote my locker number down on a piece of paper and handed it to him. He smiled happily at me. "Alright, bro, see ya later. Hurry up, you're gonna be late!"
His eyes widened. "Oh, crap! Okay! Bye, Gamzee!" He sped off to whatever class he had next, waving at me. I grinned and returned the wave. It didn't really matter if I was late-hell, it was a miracle if I showed up to class at all-but I didn't want Tav to get detention or something because of me. I smiled and turned to leave. There was a warm feeling in my belly; it felt better than being high.
